One Farrer business precinct comprising of two landmark towers, Governor Phillip, and Governor Macquarie Towers. Completed in 1994, Governor Phillip Tower is a 62-storey building, and is the third tallest building in the city. The defining features of the building are the 5 stainless steel roof top fins, which capture and reflect the light across the city throughout different parts of the day.

Prior to the main works – GPT rooftop fins, Freyssinet were approached directly by Dexus to conduct trial repair works to one of the fins following recent completion of the repairs to the ARF at 126 Phillip Street.   The scope of works of these trials was twofold; determine the cause/s of the weather ingress and to provide a firm cost to carry out the repair works to the remaining 9 fins, following completion of the first fin trial works.
