The 9 -storey HQ apartment complex includes 65 apartments that required a complete removal of 3600m2 external façade surface and a reconstruction of these with specialised repair materials to achieve a high grade architectural finish.

Trial works were conducted during the tender phase in which Freyssinet completed additional application trials and submitted a conforming and an alternative proposal that included unique construction methodologies and maximised the service life of the building.
