Built in 1903, St Mary’s Anglican Church is a classic example of 19th-century Gothic Revival architecture, featuring steep-pitched gables, a bell turret, buttressed walls, and lancet windows. In 2023, the structure required seismic strengthening to improve resilience and safety. Freyssinet NZ was engaged as a specialized subcontractor to deliver a supply-and-install solution, ensuring the heritage building retained its integrity while meeting modern structural standards.
