Freyssinet was engaged by Service Stream to undertake a trial shift for the replacement of expansion joint anchorages on the M7 Motorway. Following the successful completion of the trial, the client issued a tender package for the repair of 20 road joints across various locations along the motorway.

In June 2023, Freyssinet was awarded the contract to deliver these critical infrastructure works, ensuring improved joint performance, road safety, and long-term durability on one of Sydney’s major transport corridors.

  • Spalled and cracked concrete nosing repair
  • Plate profile & tilting rectification
  • Hollowness & shrinkage crack repairs and cleaning of joint debris
  • Inspection of joint to identify any other areas that require the treatments specified
