The M7–M12 Integration Project is a landmark infrastructure development designed to enhance connectivity, reduce congestion, and support growth across Western Sydney. The project involves widening the M7 Motorway by adding an extra lane in each direction along a 26-kilometre stretch between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Road at Oakhurst/Glendenning. It also includes the integration of the M7 into the future M12 Motorway through the construction of a new interchange, as well as the upgrade of Elizabeth Drive to support improved links between the eastern end of the M12, the M7, and the local road network. Once complete, this strategic upgrade will significantly improve traffic flow and transform commuter and freight movement across the region.
