1-7 Australia Avenue – ACP Replacement

As part of the government’s Project Remediate, this project involves the removal of approximately 7,500 m² of existing Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) identified as combustible cladding. The primary objective is to enhance fire safety and bring the building façade in line with current structural and environmental standards. Following the removal process, new non-combustible cladding panels were fabricated and installed across a total façade area of 7,500 m². Mast climbers were utilized to ensure efficient and safe access during installation, minimizing disruption to surrounding operations.
