8 Bourke Street, Mascot – ACP Replacement

This project involves the remediation of combustible cladding on residential apartment buildings in Mascot, delivering a safer, code-compliant façade solution. Works include the safe removal of non-compliant Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and associated façade elements, followed by the installation of fully compliant cladding systems in line with current design specifications and building regulations.

Access is carefully managed using a combination of scaffolding, rope access, and Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs), ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
