As part of the NSW Government Cladding Replacement Program, this project involved the removal of 1,500 m² of combustible ACP cladding and installation of non-combustible Mitsubishi Alpolic panels on a fully occupied, 12-storey Class 2 residential building.

Works included the careful removal and disposal of existing panels, sub-framing, and packers, followed by the installation of new aluminium top hats (Alloy 6063-T5), 40mm non-combustible insulation, sarking, fire cavity barriers, and Mitsubishi Alpolic panels in accordance with the approved design. All joints were sealed to meet performance and aesthetic requirements. The project was delivered under a construct-only contract, with design by BDAI and façade engineering by ICEN, all carried out in a live, occupied environment.
