Located in the heart of Parramatta, the Sydney Water Headquarters is underwent a major façade and building upgrade to meet modern safety and compliance standards. Identified by Meinhardt as containing combustible aluminium composite paneling (ACP), the building’s existing cladding is was fully removed and replaced with a certified non-combustible solution.

This essential remediation project not only improves fire safety but also includes the refurbishment of the rooftop waterproofing membrane, enhancing the structure’s durability and resistance to the elements. Additional upgrade works were carried out to further improve the building’s performance, ensuring long-term integrity and compliance for years to come.
